Founded in 2023, Kelzana Artist Management is a strategic artist-centered management, consulting, and marketing agency serving visionary artists, labels, and brands across the US. With artists’ vision and goals at center, we seek to maximize potential and grow careers and businesses in a sustainable, strategic, and intentional way. We offer expertise, knowledge, and hands-on services in elements crucial to every music business: Artist & Brand Development, Fan Journey & Audience Funneling, Music Release & Rollout Strategy, Paid Media & DSP Advertising, and Social Media Strategy & Community Growth.

Kelsy Lartius Miguel || Managing Partner
Kelsy Lartius Miguel is an entrepreneur, music industry strategist, and community builder based in Denver, Colorado. As the founder of Kelzana Artist Management, she guides artists and music businesses through the complexities of the modern music landscape. Kelsy's expertise lies in music and marketing data analysis, strategic planning, targeted digital marketing, and leveraging technology for career growth. Her holistic approach, combined with a deep understanding of the music industry, allows her to provide comprehensive support to her clients. A graduate of Berklee College of Music, a Professional Member of The Recording Academy, and a Member of Music Managers Forum, Kelsy is driven by her passions for the music industry, artists, and for building a strong, interconnected community. This drive has led her to foster connections and take on leadership roles within the Colorado music scene, serving on the board of Women In Music Denver and founding the Colorado Music Industry Alliance.
Tori Norman Castillo || Managing Partner
Tori Norman Castillo has been storytelling since she could talk… literally. After authoring her first book at age four (shoutout to “The Magic Purple Crayon”), she went on to film a documentary in Madrid at 21 while studying at NYU. During her time in Spain, she earned a Master’s in Management and experienced the indie music scene from the inside, working at a local record label as the movement exploded. She eventually brought that experience back to Brooklyn, joining a music tech company focused on connecting indie artists with performance opportunities. Though she’s explored global music scenes, her roots run deep in the Appalachian bluegrass community, which has been a grounding influence that shaped her love for raw, honest artistry. Across every role, one thing stayed consistent: a passion for helping independent artists uncover their voice, own their story, and build careers on their own terms. Today, Tori supports artists in honing their brand and developing smart, sustainable strategies to grow organically without compromising authenticity.
